Refund Policy

In this Refund Policy, the words “you” and “your” refer to each service user or site visitor or user. “we”, us”, “our” or “company” refer to Techginia Global Private Limited. The refund terms and conditions are applicable for all purchases made on the website www.techginia.com and/or mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the “platform”).

You agree that by using the platform or using any of the services made available on the platform, you have read and understood this Refund Policy, and other Policies form a binding agreement (the “Agreement“) between you and the company regarding your use of this website and the services.

  1. You affirm and confirm that you are more than 18 (Eighteen) years of age, having a sound mind, with free will and without any coercion or undue influence and fully able and competent to enter into the agreement, policies, terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these refund & return policy and Policies. If You are under the age of 18 (Eighteen) years it is deemed that you are using the website under parental/guardian sponsor or supervision and in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Given the nature of the digital services provided by the Company, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase of subscription of our services. The payment for the subscription / services are Non-Refundable and Non-Assignable. With regards to downgrades of subscription, the Company does not issue any refunds or credits for partial months usage(s).
  3. In the event you have made a payment by mistake you are required to get in touch with the customer service team within 48-hours of such purchase by you for refund (“Request”). If you are unable to make a request within 48-hours, the Company shall not be held liable for any refund.

Provided, Upon receiving the request, the company shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If the company is convinced that the request is subject to refund eligibility the company will accept such refund request. However, in the event of frivolous and unjustified requests the company reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by the company in this regard.

  1. Refunds, if any, will be credited back to the Bank Account of the customer within 14 (Fourteen) working days upto a maximum of 45 (Forty Five) working days. Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment and the company will credit your refunds directly into the source of payment
  2. You agree that the Company reserves the right, and has the sole discretion to amend any clauses by way of amendment, addition, variation or repeal or revise this refund policy at any time. Your continued use of the platform or the Services following the posting of any changes to this refund policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
