Confident growth leader against a rising skyline with an upward growth curve
Revenue Operations · Built for Growing Companies

The revenue operations partner for growing companies.

We build the revenue infrastructure founder-led businesses need but rarely have time to design — disciplined lead capture, enforced follow-up, real visibility, and retention systems that compound.

01 / The Operating System

Three pillars. One system.

Most growth-stage companies don't have a lead problem — they have a system problem. Leads arrive, follow-up slips, customers leak. We rebuild the operating layer underneath your revenue, so growth stops depending on heroics.

01 · Capture

Pipeline architecture.

Every lead enters one system. Every source is tracked. Every stage is owned. No more spreadsheets, scattered DMs, or "I'll call them tomorrow."

  • CRM implementation
  • Lead source attribution
  • Pipeline stages + ownership
  • Real-time dashboards
02 · Convert

Follow-up discipline.

Speed to lead. Sequenced nurture. Automated reminders. Sales SOPs your team actually uses. The discipline produces the conversion lift.

  • Sales SOPs + cadence design
  • Response-time automation
  • Multi-touch nurture sequences
  • Team accountability dashboards
03 · Retain

Retention intelligence.

Existing customers are typically the hidden goldmine. We engineer WhatsApp + email lifecycle systems that bring them back — predictably, profitably, on autopilot.

  • WhatsApp lifecycle campaigns
  • Reactivation + win-back flows
  • Repeat-purchase intelligence
02 / Why It Matters

The cost of no system compounds quietly.

35%
Of inbound leads typically receive no follow-up within 48 hours
5×
Higher conversion when sales contacts a lead within 5 minutes
70%
Of repeat-purchase potential is typically lost without lifecycle communication

03 / How We Work

The 90-Day Revenue Systems Transformation.

The engagement runs in three structured phases. Diagnosis first — every assumption replaced with a number. Then implementation. Then adoption. Most clients see system-level improvements by week six and compounding effects across months three to six.

02 / The Method

We architect revenue operations as a system.

Every founder-led company already has the demand. What they lack is the disciplined layer underneath revenue — the operating system that captures, qualifies, closes, and compounds. We design and install that layer.

01 · Lead

The intake

Every channel feeds one system. Every source tracked. No lead lost in inboxes or spreadsheets.

02 · Pipeline

The discipline

Every deal lives in the CRM. Every stage has an owner. Every drop is visible — not hidden in someone's head.

03 · Conversion

The close

Speed-to-lead enforced. Sales SOPs your team actually uses. Follow-up sequences that don't die after day three.

04 · Retention

The compound

Lifecycle systems that bring customers back. WhatsApp and email orchestration that turns one sale into many.

What founders say after the system runs itself.

★★★★★

"Before Techginia, I was the system. Now the system is the system. I stopped being the bottleneck for our follow-up — and our conversion rate climbed for the first time in three years."

"The diagnosis alone was worth what we paid for the whole engagement. They didn't try to sell us a tool — they showed us exactly where revenue was leaking and built the discipline to plug it."

07 / The Founder

Built by an operator who has seen the pattern repeat.

"You don't need more tools. You need a reliable revenue system. Most growing businesses already have leads — what they lack is disciplined capture, follow-up, and retention. That's where we help."

Amit Gupta founded Techginia after a decade of implementing CRM, automation, and revenue systems for founder-led MSMEs across India. What he kept observing: capable businesses with real demand, plateauing not from a market problem but from operational disorder underneath their growth. The thesis Techginia has been refining since: systems compound where heroics burn out.

09 / Common Questions

What founders usually ask before we begin.

How are you different from a typical CRM implementation partner?

CRM partners install software. We architect revenue operations. CRM is one component in a larger system that includes lead capture, follow-up discipline, retention flows, dashboards, and team accountability. We start with the business outcome — predictable revenue — and work backwards to the right combination of tools and process. The tool is the instrument; the system is the work.

Do we need to switch our existing CRM or tools?

Usually not. We're tool-agnostic — Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot, custom — and we work with what your team has already adopted. The goal is to make the existing stack actually do the work it was bought to do. Replacement is only recommended when the current tool is fundamentally limiting growth, and we'll show you the math before suggesting it.

What size of business is the right fit?

Founder-led companies between ₹2 Cr and ₹50 Cr in annual revenue are typically our strongest fit. Below that, the operational pain isn't sharp enough to justify the investment. Above that, you usually need a full-time RevOps hire rather than a partner. We disqualify early and honestly — fit matters more than the deal.

How involved does our team need to be?

Meaningful, but bounded. Expect 2–4 hours per week from the founder and a designated internal lead during the 90-day build. After handover, the team runs the system; we stay available through the retainer if engaged. Adoption fails when implementation is done to the team rather than with them.

When do results show up?

Diagnostic insights appear in week 1 — usually surfacing leakage the founder didn't know about. Operational improvements appear by week 6. Compound effects show up over months 3–6 as discipline becomes culture. We measure adoption and outcomes monthly.

What if it doesn't work for our business?

That's exactly what the Revenue Leakage Audit (Tier 1) is designed to surface — early, cheaply, and honestly. If after the audit we don't believe a full engagement will deliver clear ROI for the specific business, we'll say so. Fit over close, always.
