Do work that actually moves revenue.
We’re a small, senior team helping Indian founders turn scattered customer data into real revenue. If you’d rather own an outcome than a ticket queue, and you want people around you who’ll actually teach you something — we’d like to meet you.
The people you’d actually be working with
It’s the work. It’s the people. It’s both.
Ask anyone here why they stay and you’ll hear some version of these three things.
It’s the craft.
Real client systems, not sandbox exercises — CRM, data and AI work that a business actually depends on. You’ll sweat details clients never see because that’s what makes the work good.
It’s the people.
A small team means direct access to people who’ll teach you, push back on you, and back you up. No layers between you and the person who can actually help.
It’s both.
Work you’re proud to put your name on, built alongside people who have your back. That combination is the whole reason Techginia exists.
A day in the life at Techginia.
No stock photos — this is the actual team, on actual days. Drop yours in as the team grows.
Where you’d fit in.
We hire across the revenue engine. Don’t see an exact match? Apply anyway — we care more about what you can do than the label on the role.
CRM Consultant
You turn Zoho, Salesforce and Odoo into systems sales teams actually use — not shelfware nobody logs into.
Apply for this trackSales
You open doors for founders who’ve never had a real, repeatable sales process before — and help build the process itself.
Apply for this trackData Analyst
You turn messy, scattered customer data into the dashboards a founder actually opens every morning.
Apply for this trackAI / Automation Engineer
You build the practical AI workflows — lead scoring, drafting, summarising — that save real teams real hours.
Apply for this trackZoho Developer
You customise and extend Zoho until it fits the business — not the other way round.
Apply for this trackSomething else?
If you’ve built something impressive and don’t see your track here, tell us anyway. We’ve hired off-menu before.
Tell us about itWhere this can take you.
We promote from within before we look outside. Every senior person on the team started in the seat you’d be starting in.
Track Associate
Learn the craft on real client work, with a senior person reviewing everything you ship.
Senior Track
Own a client relationship end to end. Mentor the newest person on the team.
Practice Lead
Run a whole service line — CRM, data or AI — and shape how Techginia delivers it.
Partner Track
A seat in how the company itself is run — the people who’ve earned the founder’s trust over years.
The traits that make it work here.
No mystery scorecard — these are the six things that show up in everyone we’ve hired and kept.
Ownership
You carry things to done, even the unglamorous last 20%.
Directness
You say the real thing — kindly, but without hiding it.
Craft
You sweat details other people would let slide.
Curiosity
You ask the next question without being told to.
Speed, with care
You move fast without breaking the client’s trust.
Growth
You want this year’s you embarrassed by last year’s work.
What you get, beyond a paycheck.
Direct mentorship
Regular time with people senior enough to actually teach you — not a manager three layers removed.
Real ownership, early
You’ll run a client relationship or a project end-to-end well before you’d get that chance elsewhere.
Remote-first, outcomes first
We care what you ship, not what hours you’re online for.
A voice in how things get built
Small team, flat structure — good ideas win regardless of who’s title is attached.
Room to grow fast
Small teams promote on proof, not tenure. Do the work and the scope grows with you.
Work that means something
You’re helping founders keep businesses — and the people who depend on them — running.
Ask the people who’d know.
Nothing sells this place better than the people who’ve stayed. Drop in real quotes from your team here.
[Add a quote — what made them stay, in their words]
[Add a quote — what growth looked like for them here]
[Add a quote — what a normal week actually feels like]
Four steps. No black box.
We keep it short because your time matters too. Here’s exactly what happens after you apply.
Apply
Tell us what you’ve built and where you want to grow. No generic cover letters needed — specifics beat polish.
A real conversation
About 30 minutes, two ways. We want to know if this is right for you as much as you want to know if it’s right for us.
A paid trial project
A scoped piece of real work, on your own time. You’re paid for it either way — it’s the best signal for both sides.
Offer
If it’s a fit on both sides, you’re in. We’ll tell you straight if it isn’t, and why.

I still review every application.
We’re not big enough yet to hand hiring off to a process. That’s a feature, not a bug — you’ll get a real read from a real person, not a keyword filter.
I’m not looking for the most polished résumé. I’m looking for people who’ve actually built things, who ask good questions, and who’d rather be trusted with something real than protected from failing.
If that’s you, I’d genuinely like to hear from you — however early in your career you are.
The practical details.
What does the career path actually look like?
Associate → Senior → Practice Lead → Partner track — see “Where this can take you” above. Timing depends on you, not a fixed clock.
Do you offer health insurance and other benefits?
Yes. [Confirm your exact benefits package — health cover, leave policy, etc. — here.]
Is this remote, hybrid, or in-office?
Remote-first, with occasional in-person sessions. [Adjust to your actual setup.] You’ll need a reliable laptop and internet.
Can I stay a specialist instead of managing people?
Yes — the Practice Lead and Partner tracks aren’t the only way up. Deep specialists get recognised and paid for depth, not just for managing others.
Do you hire early-career people, or only experienced hires?
Both. What matters is what you’ve built and how fast you learn — not years on a résumé. If you’re earlier in your career, our internship is another way in.
How often is compensation reviewed?
[Set your actual review cadence here — e.g. annually, or tied to the ladder above.] We’d rather review often than make you ask.
What happens after the paid trial project?
We give you a straight answer — an offer, or specific, honest feedback on why not. Either way, you’re paid for the work.
Tell us what you’ve built.
No portal, no black box — fill this in and we’ll get back to you directly. Takes about 15 minutes.
Got it, thank you.
We read every application ourselves. If it looks like a fit, you’ll hear from us within a week.
