Amit spent the first half of his career inside the machinery of growing companies — building the systems, then watching where the money quietly slipped out of them.
He trained as an engineer and went on to earn an MBA, but the education that shaped Techginia happened in the operating trenches: years in corporate IT and operations leadership, close enough to the work to see exactly how a promising lead became a missed follow-up, and how a missed follow-up became a number no one was tracking.
What struck him wasn’t that companies lacked ambition or tools. They had plenty of both. What they lacked was the discipline connecting the two — the operating habits that turn a CRM full of contacts into revenue you can actually count on.
In 2018 he founded Techginia to do one thing well: install that discipline for founder-led companies in the ₹3–50 Cr range — big enough to have real revenue, small enough that every leak is felt. He still writes every engagement scope personally.
He works across real estate, manufacturing, education, and professional services — sectors that look nothing alike on the surface, but leak revenue in remarkably similar ways underneath.
From building systems
to fixing them.
A career spent on both sides of the problem — first inside the operations that leak, then as the person companies call to seal them.
Diagnosis first.
Always.
Three habits run through every engagement Amit leads — the through-line that makes the work feel less like consulting and more like a system being quietly installed.
Find the leak.
Before a single tool is touched, the work is to locate exactly where revenue is being lost — and to show the founder the math behind it, not just the diagnosis.
Install the system.
The fix is rarely a new platform. It’s structure: the follow-up, the visibility, the retention loops that do the remembering so the team doesn’t have to.
Hand it back.
Success is the team running on its own. Every engagement is built to transfer ownership — never to manufacture dependence on the person who built it.
The most expensive thing in a growing company is usually the founder doing work the system should be doing. My job is to give that work back to the system. — Amit Gupta · Founder

The first conversation
is with him.
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic call led personally by Amit. If it adds clarity, he’ll write the scope. If it doesn’t, you’ll leave with notes that still serve you.
